While this dedication is important to everything we do, we also understand that enriching the lives of our employee family helps us maintain a motivated staff while promoting healthy work-life balance. As such, we gather several times during the year for company fun activities away from the office to encourage employee interaction.

We also know that what we do outside the office is just as critical, and that giving back to the community is a privilege. We’re proud to employ a team that actively volunteers at a variety of local non-profit organizations and welcome their suggestions in planning similar company efforts. Staying true to our roots, we also support the Keep Columbus Beautiful initiative, maintaining road segments near our office three times per year on a volunteer basis.
